A California story.
A commitment to serve.

Born in Los Angeles.
Connected to California.

My name is Martin Nonaca. I was born in Los Angeles in 1977, attended school in Sacramento, and went overseas for high school.

I have traveled throughout California, and its breathtaking beaches have always held a special place in my life. This one-of-a-kind state is part of who I am.

I am seeking to represent California’s 49th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2028 election. My priorities are free speech, the environment, and improvements to neighborhood infrastructure.

What I’m focused on.

01

Free Speech &
Equal Opportunity

I believe everyone deserves the freedom to express their views, a fair opportunity to learn and work, and a government that listens—even when opinions are unpopular.

My focus is on education and employment: encouraging open discussion, opposing discrimination, and supporting fair treatment for students, educators, job seekers, and workers. People should be judged on their abilities, qualifications, and conduct—not prejudice.

Respectful disagreement belongs in a free society. Everyone deserves to be heard and treated with dignity.

02

Protecting Our
Environment

Clean air, clean water, and healthy land are essential to our well-being. Protecting our environment is a primary commitment—from our beaches and coastal waters to wildlife habitats and the land where we live, learn, and work.

I support preventing pollution, holding polluters accountable, and restoring damaged environments. We must care for our soil, protect natural spaces, and make responsible decisions about how land is used.

Our communities deserve a healthy environment today, and future generations deserve to inherit one.

03

Infrastructure &
Historic Preservation

Strong communities depend on safe roads and sidewalks, reliable water and drainage systems, accessible public transportation, and dependable internet access.

I support improving these essentials while preserving the historic buildings, landmarks, and places that give our neighborhoods their character. Progress should respect our history and serve the people who live here.

My approach is simple: oversee, organize, execute. Listen to residents, work with local partners, and pursue federal support for well-planned projects—with clear priorities, responsible spending, and public accountability.
